Milf Mansion by Pegasus Smith (Parts 1–2) is a 3D adult comic that mixes humor, temptation, and an all-female household fantasy.
Mark Hatcher is a struggling college student with failing grades. His academic problems put his future at risk. After a meeting with the principal, Mark receives one final chance to improve. Instead of expulsion, the university sends him to a private institution called Focus Animi. This secluded learning center operates inside an old mansion.
However, Focus Animi is far from ordinary. The mansion is run by two charismatic and confident women, Bridgette and Stacy, who prefer to be called the mansion’s “house mommies.” Their unconventional approach to motivation quickly makes Mark realize this place operates very differently from a traditional university.
